Our beloved friend and colleague, Ed Gagnon died June 12, 2006. We will miss him very much. Ed was a member of the Customer Service Center for the past five years; part of a team that worked together, laughed together and cried together as we supported one another through the good times and the bad times. He was our cheerleader with his resounding “Good Morning, Customer Service”! He loved his job and the people he worked with. However, his family was his life, he adored his children, Ed, Jr., Stephen and Kerry. He truly lived for them, they were his inspiration and his motivation. He overcame many obstacles in his life to become the person he was; a great father and grandfather, a wonderful friend and colleague and a genuinely kind, caring man. We will miss him, love him and remember him always.
